Nia Dawson

Nia gets satisfaction from knowing her work will keep clients informed on firm events and strengthen the connection between IAR and their clients.

Before joining Saturn Wealth, Nia worked as a community engagement and impact team member for the Los Angeles Clippers. She also worked in various roles at California State University, Fullerton, where she received her bachelor’s degree in communications in 2025.

Nia relocated to Gilbert, Arizona, in 2026, bringing with her a pug named Bella and a mini Schnauzer-poodle mix named Bailey. Outside the office, her hobbies include playing board games with her family, reading, cooking delicious meals and baking treats.
